Since 2011, it offers fine dining gastronomy based on a combination of the highest quality ingredients, fusion recipes inspired by Asia, modern techniques and local sources. The basis of the local selection is, of course, top-quality oysters – either in classic form or in one of the imaginative fusion creations. Oysters are naturally paired with “bubbly”. Oyster Bar guests can choose from an incredible 180 types of Champagne, from renowned Champagne houses to lesser-known brands produced in small, family cellars. Moreover, for lovers of creative fine dining, there is always a seasonal menu of dishes created by the local Head of the kitchen, David Vlášek. Come and enjoy the unique atmosphere and cuisine!
