Trigema means not only Apartments, but also Sport and Entertainment!

The totally Czech company Trigema is known primarily for its construction projects. But its scope is much wider. Recently, it has also focused its creativity towards leisure time. Evidence is provided by the Monínec ski area and, now, Rokytnice nad Jizerou in the Giant Mountains, as well as the successful Dog in Dock winery, which established collaboration with the famous artist Ashley Percival.
For almost 30 years, we encountered projects under which Trigema was successfully signed in various locations. The company builds on the philosophy of independence, expertise and imaginative creativity. This is also confirmed by its latest development projects: the unique rental housing in the futuristic Fragment in Prague’s Invalidovna, and the development of the new Lihovar district in Smíchov.
Fun in the Snow
Trigema also enriches its activities by improving the quality of leisure time. This is reflected in its efforts to provide the experience of skiing in a quality environment to the widest possible range of interested people. As early as 2008, it pleased skiers with the opening of the Monínec ski resort and subsequently the hotel. Today, the area offers outdoor fun for the whole family, regardless of the season. But winter is a bit longer this season!
Thanks to the unique method of storing and then recycling snow with Snowstorage technology, the winter season in Monínec already started in mid-November. Children also have fun in the early snow. They can take advantage of the ski school with a 100-metre-long moving carpet and a 200-metre-long lift, as well as Moniště children’s playroom. The ski school also includes a building with comfortable facilities and equipment rental.
To the Giant Mountains with Trigema
This year’s skiing with Trigema will be even more lively. Marcel Soural’s investment group was attracted by the Giant Mountains and thus the group expanded with the Rokytnice nad Jizerou Ski Resort. The area with a long tradition of skiing provides active enjoyment for both individuals and families with children, as well as for organised tours. The resort includes two 4-seater chairlifts and 10 ski lifts. Both cableways are located in the Horní Domky area. The Lysá hora cableway ascends to an altitude of 1 315 m above sea level and the Horní Domky cableway is in operation all year round.
Sit Back with a Glass of Wine
Trigema is also found at the Baťa Canal in Veselí nad Moravou. It is there that the new Dog in Dock winery is based. Lovers of the Royal beverage produce wines in harmony with Nature and use the most modern technologies, which are as gentle as possible to the grapes. And because they do things differently here, an area is gradually emerging around the winery, where one can go to savour the wine, as well as to enjoy the natural beauty, culture, concerts and good food – in short, for fun.
The great news of the winery is also joyful. Dog in Dock has established collaboration with world-renowned artist Ashley Percival. This British artist gained fame for his illustrations for children, which have become so iconic that they adorn the collections of brands such as Gucci, Beis, Patagonia, Papyrus, and Urban Outfitters. The colourful hounds from Percival’s collection are now even gracing the delicious Frizzantes in a tin, specifically from Dog in Dock, called Bubbles & Barks. A new bistro and accommodation will be opening from May 2024.
Sometimes the place you live in is more than just a roof over your head. It is a landscape where you wake up in the morning with a view of the treetops. A street where you know the names of your neighbours. A history that inspires you with every detail. Real-Treuhand – an Austrian-Czech developer with over 30 years of history – finds, shapes and develops exactly such places.
