The hotel is managed by a lovely young couple, Simon Taxacher and Sandra Kobald. Their shared passion for perfection of every detail is reflected in the whole interior of the hotel as well as in the culinary selection. While Sandra Kobald ensures the flawless running of the hotel, Simon Taxacher conjures up incredible delicacies every evening to charm hotel guests as well as visitors from all over the area.


Simplicity of Design
The modern lifestyle concept of the hotel merges idyllically with the Alpine environment. A perfect sensation of peace and relaxation also radiates from the materials used – specially treated wood, the finest leather and cosy furnishing fabrics. This was all designed by Simon Taxacher himself. It is evident that fantasy and a sense for beautiful things can be applied to gastronomy as well as to interior design.


Feast of the Senses
The almost mystical atmosphere of the hotel spa transports guests into the world of peace and harmony. A Finnish sauna, marble steam bath and tastefully furnished, spacious relaxation room mediate perfect well-being. Those who prefer absolute privacy for two, can choose the private Rosen Spa Suite, to enjoy peeling massages, relaxing aromatic baths and revitalizing massages, accompanied by Lucullan feasts from the hotel kitchen.


Simon Taxacher 
Simona Taxacher‘s cuisine was awarded five toques by Gault Millau. His culinary philosophy is: prepare top quality ingredients in the simplest way. He creates a blend of Alpine and Mediterranean cuisine with amazing sensitivity, crowned with the best Austrian wines. And he proves this daily to guests: in the stylish restaurant during the five-course dinner menu or at lunch time in the stylish Bistro-Restaurant Rosengarten.
