This was all designed by Simon Taxacher himself. It is evident that fantasy and a sense for beautiful things can be applied to gastronomy as well as to interior design.

The almost mystical atmosphere of the hotel spa transports guests into the world of peace and harmony. A Finnish sauna, marble steam bath and tastefully furnished, spacious relaxation room mediate perfect well-being. He creates a blend of Alpine and Mediterranean cuisine with amazing sensitivity, crowned with the best Austrian wines. And he proves this daily to guests: in the stylish restaurant during the five-course dinner menu or at lunch time in the stylish Bistro-Restaurant Rosengarten.
