On the top floor of Prague Marina Nova, a penthouse has been constructed, boasting panoramic views of Prague, luxurious design and premium amenities. It is one of the most expensive apartments in the new residential development in the Czech Republic.
In 2025, the Daramis development company completed a luxury penthouse in the Prague Marina Nova project in Prague 7. The four-room apartment with an area of 270.6 m² is on the top floor of a 10-storey building and, thanks to its glass exterior walls, provides a 17-metre-long panoramic view of the city.
The architectural concept was designed by Gal Karagula. In his vision, he combined clean lines with generous space. The interior design by Israeli designer Ynon Goren combines modern elegance with natural materials, complete with furniture from brands such as Walter Knoll, Casa Moderna, Stockist, Lino Design and Konsepti. The atmosphere is enhanced by sophisticated Monobrand lighting, combining with natural daylight to complete the sophisticated character of the space.
The 270.6 m² four-room penthouse has its heart in an open living area with a kitchen and dining room. The 17-metre-long glass exterior walls provide residents with panoramic views of the city. The dominant feature is a 74 m² terrace with a whirlpool facing the Vltava River, complemented by two smaller balconies. The result is a residence which represents an example of luxury urban living on top of a modern building.
World-renowned artist Gordana Glass pushes the boundaries of glassmaking to new dimensions. Her works have found their way into the hands of personalities such as Queen Elizabeth II, the Norwegian royal couple, Pope Benedict XVI and, most recently, maestro Placido Domingo.

The gala evening and launch party for Travel Fever magazine took place at the Esplanade Spa & Golf Resort in Mariánské Lázně. Zdeněk Vrba hosted the launch party, and the evening’s program included, among other things, a BOGNER fashion show. Travel Fever magazine is published in four languages, and the fourth language is a new addition: ITALIAN! So now it’s available in Czech, English, German, and Italian.
