21. 10.2025
BRICK’S – Hergetova Cihelna restaurant in the centre of Prague has prepared a series of themed events for this autumn and winter to combine original gastronomy with a unique atmosphere. From a spooky Halloween, St. Martin’s feast and Advent snail specialities to festive Christmas and New Year’s Eve menus.
The autumn programme in the restaurant, picturesquely located on the Lesser Town bank of the Vltava River, will start with Halloween. From 24th October, it will be possible to taste unusual delicacies from the darkly-toned menu, which will offer pumpkin hummus with mozzarella and olives under the name “Graveyard Clay”, black soup made from roasted eggplant with “skull” croutons, sea bass with ink sauce and grilled duck breast with cherry sauce and purple potato purée. There will also be a variety of zombie desserts.
The series of unusual gastronomic experiences will continue from 11th November, with an event focused on the traditional St. Martin's Day Menu with roasted goose and young wine. From 22nd to 29th December, guests can expect a Christmas programme with a festive atmosphere and food, including snail dishes. The entire season will close on 31st December with a New Year's Eve Menu, where guests can bid farewell to 2025 and, of course, welcome the New Year in style.
"We want guests to enjoy not only high-quality cuisine, but also a unique atmosphere associated with the individual seasons of the year. Each event shared with us has its own story and taste," says Vladislava Obořilová, General Manager of the Hergetova Cihelna – Brick's restaurant.
A pleasant walk along Rašín embankment with a view of Prague Castle can quickly turn into an adventurous trip to Latin America. It only takes a few steps to become absorbed in the relaxed atmosphere of Cantina Mexican restaurant, to be served traditional cuisine and over 4O types of Tequila.
The world-famous writer Franz Kafka fell in love with the magnificent panorama that unfolds when looking out from the waterfront near Prague’s Charles Bridge. Today, the view can be enjoyed along with the culinary delights offered by Brick’s restaurant – Hergetova Cihelna.
