Green village has been created about 40 minutes from Prague, near the Konopiště Golf & Spa Resort – a location surrounded by greenery. The second phase of the project comprises 25 family homes with high-standard facilities: gardens ranging from 300 to 500 m², terraces and double garages or parking spaces equipped for electric cars. The gabled-roof houses, filled with natural light, are ideal for families seeking a healthy lifestyle and plenty of space for children to play indoors and, especially, outdoors. A perfect example of connecting Nature with housing is the extensive Green Village project of the Real-Treuhand company.
