Vila Orchidea
Beauty that is not Fleeting, but Eternal

At the foot of the protected landscape area of Český kras, in the village of Vonoklasy near Prague, an exceptional residence is being created for demanding clients. Villa Orchidea is a combination of elegant architecture, the peaceful energy of Nature and refined interior design. And right now it is seeking its future lucky owner.
The project is being created under the baton of Iveta Blížilová, owner of GRADEO development company, which specialises in residential developments in unique locations. Villa Orchidea is her pet project. It was created out of deep respect for its location – among hillsides full of wild orchids, in a new villa area on the quiet outskirts of the village, in the midst of the Krásná stráň protected nature reserve.
'It was important for me to feel the energy of the place and transfer it to the house. The architects did a great job – they managed to find a balance between aesthetics, functionality and respect for the space,' says Iveta Blížilová, creator of the project.
Currently, terrain modifications and foundation works are starting, which opens up an extraordinary opportunity for the future owner to influence the final appearance of the interior and layout of the house.
The villa is designed as a timeless luxury pavilion building with high ceilings, an airy central space, a separate quiet zone and an almost maintenance-free organic garden with a swimming pool. Every detail is significant. Every view is well thought-out. Although it may seem like a dream, this residence is not a mere dream, but a reality. And perhaps also the home you have been waiting for your whole life.
The Vyšehradská 33 development project in the very heart of Prague will offer future owners the total comfort of modern living. This renovated Classicist building with a sensitively integrated new construction in the courtyard will provide the unique advantages of living in the centre of a big city, with the added bonus of newly built premises, including parking, front gardens and balconies.
Whether we like it or not, we are connected to Nature and our desire for its proximity grows increasingly. This can also be seen in the modern approach to development construction. A perfect example of connecting Nature with housing is the extensive Green Village project of the Real-Treuhand company. It is flourishing near Benešov and Konopiště Chateau, with the 2nd stage currently being completed, offering 25 family houses for immediate occupancy with a layout of 4-5 kk (3 to 4 bedrooms). However, Real-Treuhand has more unique projects prepared.
