Dr Irena Eris Polanica Zdrój Spa Hotel is built in the Art Deco style, which was very popular especially in the 1920 to 1930 period. It is characterised by geometric shapes, often inspired by floral and other natural motifs. All the furnishings reflect the same spirit, from furniture to wallpaper, carpets and lampshades, as well as in the smallest details, such as cushion covers and decorative figurines.
Cosmetic Samples
The name of the luxury hotel carries the iconic cosmetics for skin and body treatments used by local beauty specialists working at the Skin Care Institute. Indeed, there is plenty to choose from. Guests’ favourites include facial skin lifting with the aid of peptides, and skin cryotherapy combined with lymphatic drainage around the eyes. Fans of massage will also be delighted, as they can order a choice of Thai, Balinese or Ayurvedic massage, massage with Argan oil, lava stones or aromatherapy candles. In the Spa Centre, guests enjoy relaxation for their bodies in the hot tub and pool, or on one of the ubiquitous comfortable sunbeds. Comfort also awaits them within the bedrooms and apartments, with views of the adjacent park. Here – among other delights – samples of the aforementioned cosmetics await them to try out. Mineral water from the local spring, cooled to an ideal temperature, cannot be omitted. The Hotel also provides an evening turn-down service, which means guests can look forward to perfectly made beds every night for an undisturbed sleep, with even a sweet treat on their pillows.
Walking, Golfing and Skiing
Those interested can work out in the gym or participate in billiards, bowling, squash and tennis right at the Hotel. Strolling in the local park is also a popular pastime, while golf lovers should definitely not miss a visit to at least one of the two nearby golf courses. The Golfspa Szczytna course is only seven minutes away by car, while the more distant Opolnica-Bardo mini golf course, which will undoubtedly also be enjoyed by children, can be reached in less than half an hour. And in winter? Several ski areas await guests in the vicinity of the Hotel, with a shuttle provided for guests.

True epicureans will opt for a stay on the top floor, specifically in the 100-square-metre Grand Apartment. This apartment comprises a study, dining room and a spacious bedroom, equipped with a king-size bed and comfortable Hästens mattresses. Why? Mainly because a valet will take care of their needs non-stop here. Dr Irena Eris Polanica Zdrój was the very first post-war Polish hotel to begin to provide this service to hotel guests.
