Whether we like it or not, we are connected to Nature and our desire for its proximity grows increasingly. This can also be seen in the modern approach to development construction. A perfect example of connecting Nature with housing is the extensive Green Village project of the Real-Treuhand company. It is flourishing near Benešov and Konopiště Chateau, with the 2nd stage currently being completed, offering 25 family houses for immediate occupancy with a layout of 4-5 kk (3 to 4 bedrooms). However, Real-Treuhand has more unique projects prepared.
Green Village
Golf is one of the sports that exudes tranquillity and balance, and also often takes you to places filled with greenery. It was at the beautifully landscaped 45-hole Golf Resort Konopiště course that a new development was created, which, like golf, is dominated by green and white. The green is the beautiful undulating environment of the local meadows and pastures, and the white is the colour of the family houses. They line one of the streets of the new part of the village of Tvoršovice. It will become a distinctive new whole, with its own natural biotope in the form of two romantic lakes with a jetty and a waterfall.
Selling like Hot Cakes
The first stage of Green Village is already sold out. Now those interested in a new home are choosing among the houses of the second stage. Some look like brick houses, others have a coat of natural stone – travertine. Inside the family house surrounded by a garden, as in the first stage, there is perfect interior comfort, enhanced by a modern underfloor heating system with the use of a heat pump. It goes without saying that quality fittings and large windows make the surrounding Nature a part of the home. There are also plenty of parking spaces, including for visitors.

Green Village is a large project that returns to the old proven principles of connecting man with Nature, as well as with communal living in general. Gabriela Hasková and Gerhard Hackl, executives of Real-Treuhand, add to this: “The houses are intentionally built in such a way as to offer the characteristic intermediate spaces typical of a modern village environment. Such architecture supports the building of neighbourly relationships and interpersonal coexistence, but at the same time offers enough privacy for peace and rest.”
