Where the Elbe River touches the historical centre of Kolín, a new residential project is emerging, with an inimitable atmosphere. The Radimský Mlýn project revives the story of a former mill and transforms it into a modern residential neighbourhood full of life, tranquillity and style. It offers 104 one- to four-room apartments and studios – from elegant apartments for couples to spacious family homes with terraces and river views. The project is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2026.

The gala evening and launch party for Travel Fever magazine took place at the Esplanade Spa & Golf Resort in Mariánské Lázně. Zdeněk Vrba hosted the launch party, and the evening’s program included, among other things, a BOGNER fashion show. Travel Fever magazine is published in four languages, and the fourth language is a new addition: ITALIAN! So now it’s available in Czech, English, German, and Italian.
